NudgeIntro is an online program for wannabe founders, graduate students, faculty, undergraduates and community members, who intend joining us as a founder or talent. They must understand the basic ingredients and requirements of a startup eco system. A free online course enables them to start preparing for their first journey of self evaluation.
StorkNudge is to help inventors/founders find the value proposition of their idea. What does that mean exactly? Many people come to us with just an early-stage idea and it is our job to help them identify the value of that idea. StorkNudge, a one on one, program gives clients the opportunity to explore potential markets, customers and financial models. At the end of this, each member has the necessary information to decide if there is value in the idea and if it makes sense to continue moving forward.

We have been accumulating online resources for graduate students, faculty, undergraduates and community members to commercialize ideas or products. Research, local, national & international business ideas, products and more can be commercialized with the guidance of FirstNudge.
We In addition to the ecosystem, host events by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs tailored toward helping you achieve startup success. We value networking, and encourage speakers presenting their “Lesson Learnt” or try to arrange a mock pitch or two for startups. Once a month we host an online open networking session for startups, mentors, investors and more.
We start this stage by further shortlisting founders, whom, we believe, we can really contribute with our daily growing resources. Building and validating a client company business model is a key early activity in this stage. Our staff guides the client company through customer interviews to develop a final business model with all nine sections of the Business Model Canvas validated. This document then serves as the foundation from which the final business plan is created. Entrepreneurs can also increase their chances of receiving recognition of State or National programs enabling aids and grants by completing the required process of eligibility.
We deploy Experienced Entrepreneurs to advise client companies via development of a commercialization plan. They are serial entrepreneur with both industry and management experience. They have led startup companies and understand the steps needed to develop a sustainable business model.
We keep a strong team of MBA students from different Management schools in India and abroad ready. These students are a valuable resource for client companies. They conduct market and industry analyses, develop competitive company profiles, evaluate go to market strategies and build financial models to support client company business plans.
